Job Description

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for bidding on portals like Upwork, PPH-people per hour, Freelancer and Guru etc. He/she should have complete understanding of sales cycle of web development business from bidding, negotiating till closer. Must have experience in writing proposals / costing / negotiations / prepare project schedules. Meet and exceed targets through lead generation. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of CMS and frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Generating business through online freelancing portal.
  • Managing client relationships, as well as developing new business from clients and handling complete end to end sales cycle right from negotiation to closure..
  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities.
  • Candidates should be dynamic enough to achieve our monthly or quarterly targets..
  • Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
  • Responding to client requests for proposals (rfps).
  • Maintaining database (salesforce, crm, excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
  • Should have proven experience with medium and large size projects..

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills, including microsoft office suite (word, powerpoint, outlook, and excel) and crm/salesforce experience preferred .
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management.
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour.
