Experience : 1-3 years
We are looking for someone who will be responsible for bidding on portals like Upwork, PPH-people per hour, Freelancer and Guru etc. He/she should have complete understanding of sales cycle of web development business from bidding, negotiating till closer. Must have experience in writing proposals / costing / negotiations / prepare project schedules. Meet and exceed targets through lead generation. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of CMS and frameworks.
- Generating business through online freelancing portal.
- Managing client relationships, as well as developing new business from clients and handling complete end to end sales cycle right from negotiation to closure..
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities.
- Candidates should be dynamic enough to achieve our monthly or quarterly targets..
- Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
- Responding to client requests for proposals (rfps).
- Maintaining database (salesforce, crm, excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
- Should have proven experience with medium and large size projects..
